Yes. I do. (Or did. I still hate admitting it that lists are useful.) But they are. I’m the kind of person who thinks I can remember everything at the top of my head. In most instances, yes I can. But the downside to remembering the things you need to do is that you remember them all at once or in succession.
So what happens is I go and start on one task, then again my brain tells me oh you need to do this too so I start on another and another and then I get all confused as to what I am doing exactly. And so I stop and get stuck.
It’s a good thing Michee loves lists. And all of our tasks are listed down in Asana. (No. Asana did not pay me to write this.) Whenever I get lost on what task to tackle first, I go back to my Asana. And voila, I get my groove back.
I should really stick to opening Asana first to avoid this madness. But hey, I’m working on it.
